Crosby u3a is one of over 1000 local u3as around the country, that enable people who are no longer in work to LEARN, LAUGH, and LIVE life to the full. We do this by getting together in special interest groups, meetings with a speaker, going on trips and just socialising.
A recent survey of over 10,000, members carried out by the u3a National Office showed that 95% said that u3a had improved their life, 77% said u3a had improved their sense of wellbeing, and 45% said it had reduced their feelings of loneliness or isolation.
